Interview
There are four processes.
1. Initial Interview
2. Technical Task
3. Technical Interview
4. Final Interview
Initial Interview was conducted by a phone call. And I was asked general questions that deeply dive into my experiences. And they sent a technical task that was like operating csv and parse string.
First off, if you are a new to this field don't bother applying. I know for a fact that they have new people to this field who did not pass the tech task the first time and got hired. Meanwhile, I passed the first time and didn't get an offer.
I was contacted by their in-house team a year ago, given a phone call appointment with them and then ghosted. Then this year I got contacted by their in-house team again and then was sent the tech task. I finished it and it was really straight forward (you parse a CSV file). I kept it basic and did it in vanilla PHP and tested my methods. It all worked in the terminal.
Then I was scheduled for an interview with the head and one of the leads. It seemed to go well and they seemed happy with my experience. I was told a few days later that my gaps were too big and they would not be continuing with my application.
This was extremely disappointing to me and as I have said before be wary when applying. I've been played by them twice now.
