The process started out as an Interview for a client success manager, heard back after 3 days for a quick chat who liked my experience and moved me to the next stage - 2 days later. Pretty quick process
Next interview was with another manager casual conversaiton liked my experience and suggested I apply for a more senior role.
This is where things got extended and long. Waited close to 3 weeks to hear back after multiple follow ups. Finally got an interview with the CEO - another casual conversation. Total so far 3 interviews
2 more weeks passed by and then got advanced to where they wanted me to create a presentation for them. Interview was with the hiring manager and the CEO. Went well and then proceeded to wait another three weeks before not being offered the position.
Overall the entire process is a big waste of time, the company seems unorganized and does not have set priorities with hiring. There was little to no talk about compensation after 4 interviews which leads me to beleive they pay below market.
