Excellent and straightforward completed quickly and faster felt a lot more friendly and easy, the environment is excellent too for you to work The interview process can vary depending on the organization and the position being applied for. Very casual, easy going. Very kind and nice. Just met at the bar and talked for maybe 30 min. Just a one on one conversation with owner. Then a walk through of the bar and kitchen area.

Interview
I sat down in the dining room with about four other interviewees with the owner of the specific franchise. He went around the table asking us the basic questions like, why do we want to work there etc. He described the duties of that are involved in the job and at the end of the interview hired all of us.
