Interview
I interviewed first with the Marketing Director who would be my direct report and then with their HR Manager. This was a little different than how most companies run their interview process. I enjoyed speaking to both women and they were both very friendly and put me at ease during the interviews. Both interviews were conducted virtually. Additionally, she asked a lot about high school/college work experiences, college GPA and college coursework. To prepare for interviews with Strauss, I would suggest researching the meat industry and its lingo. They asked a lot about this.
