the interviewer went over my resume from bottom to top and asked about them. At the end he answered any questions I had and gave general information about the company. The company's policy is that they don't say who they are looking for or where, they want to keep an open mind about the candidates.

The interview process was very casual and informative. It consisted of relaxed conversations with a number of different staff followed by a tour of the office. The staff genuinely wanted to get to know me to see if I would be a good fit with the company.

Came to campus and interviewed people all day. then they select who they want to come to the office for a second interview. The second interview is at one of the offices and you get to meet employees and better understand what you'll be doing.
