Interview
Three different interviews between HR, Director, and VP. Basic questions asking about your history in the event industry, your roles/responsibilities, creative problem-solving for any unique issues you've faced, etc. Pretty straightforward.
The interview process was very positive. I first met with an HR representative who asked a few basic questions. My primary interview was with my future potential team. Overall, I felt like there was a clear, open line of communication. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging.
