Question 1
Q: How do you manage people's expectations?
Q: What is your experience working with VIPs?
Was headhunted by a recruiter -- I did not even know about the role nor did I apply before I was contact by the recruiter on LinkedIn. It sounded like a perfect fit so I applied and was invited to interview on Zoom. Was ghosted completely-- no reply to my thank you nor follow up outreach, not even notification the role was filled/they went with someone else which is unprofessional. It would have been helpful to know what happened/why candidates were no longer considered (particularly given that this was a career services role in higher ed-- informing applicants a decision has been made is basic interview etiquette which one would at least expect from a career services office).
