Interview
Fairly straightforward. The first interview is an hour split in two. The first half is with HR, asking you general behavioral questions, and the second was with the department director and a patent agent. The questions on the second half are more to know more about you than to actually test your depth of knowledge.

Interview
I was asked for an interview in person in a conference that led to an on-site interview. The interview was with 4-5 directors at the firm, some were friendly, others did not seem to be prepared, and one was pretty intimidating with his body language and questions.
