Two-part, one-hour screener interview. First half was spent with a recruiter and the second with a partner ("Director"). The recruiter was quite friendly, and the first half was not especially intimidating or difficult. It mostly covered general topics like interest, salary demands, and soft skills. The second half was more challenging, with a clear emphasis on skills & knowledge relevant to the position. The Director was more intimidating than the recruiter, but nonetheless candid and respectful.
