Interview
Got two rounds of phone interviews with two different associates. Each interview lasts about 15 minutes, and both of the two interviews focused on behavioral questions. The process took about a month.
It started with one take-home form that tested technical skills and then three rounds of 30 minute behavioral interviews with the team. Each interview was about a week apart and I got the call with an offer soon after.
I had two phone call interviews, consisting mostly of behavioural questions. The first call was with an Associate, and the second was with a Senior Vice President. I talked about my background, my coursework, and my motivations for applying to the company.
