The interview process was very informal but thorough. There was no job opening, I sent an email to the president to ask if they had any openings. He contacted me the next day to set up a time to talk. We had a lengthy video interview afterwhich he say there was nothing available right now but to keep in touch. I sent an email every month for 6 months. They recently reached out to me, offered me a job, and sent the offer letter within minutes. Their company culture is absolutely outstanding.
