The screening interview had set a very amicable vibe. It wasn't opaque and robotic like interviews from other companies. Shout to Angel for this. Screening is all about getting to know the company and the interviewer and he did a great job. The technical interview process was also great. They chose to ask open ended questions promoting creativity rather than leetcode or DSA questions that only test superficial knowledge.
