Applied online. Got a call and stood in line waiting to be interviewed. Manager looked over your resume. Asked availability and whether you are able to stand for hours and lift 50 pounds. Interview wasn't difficult. Not sure if it was a coincidence but try being one of the first since most of the people who got hired, including myself, were the ones at the front of the line who arrived the earliest.
Applied, and the manager asked me some easy questions over the phone and then had an in-person interview. Pretty quick and easy interview got the job offer on the spot
Easy interview, basic questions you'd expect from every other interview. Very respectful and simple if you know what to expect. Dress accordingly and you will likely get the job. Very hard to mess up.
