I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starburst (Boston, MA) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. My interviewer was genuinely engaging and made the conversation feel more like a collaborative discussion than a formal evaluation. They clearly explained the role, team dynamics, and company culture, which gave me a strong sense of what it would be like to work there.
I appreciated how thoughtful the questions were — they went beyond surface-level and gave me the opportunity to share real examples of my work and problem-solving approach. The interviewer was also transparent about next steps and timelines, which I found refreshing compared to other processes I’ve been through.
The scheduling was seamless, communication from the recruiting team was prompt and friendly, and the overall experience left me with a very positive impression of the company. I’d happily recommend this company to others based on the interview experience alone.
The interview process started with a zoom meeting with the sales manager. He was building out his SDR team and looking for recent graduates. The initial interview was a very friendly experience and conversational.
