Interview
The interview process was long. you could tell that they want to make sure they hire the right person for the job. The first meeting is with a floor manager and the second meeting was with the general manager. Who asks a lot of behavioral based questions
Interview was super quick and casual. Mostly answering questions about my strengths and availability. It was about a 15-20 minute interview. The interviewer was transparent about how many other applicants there were.
Interview process was fairly easy consisting of just one interview with the manager. Questions were the typical / generic kind. Got a call back in decent time frame. Wouldn't sweat the process.

Can you talk a bit more about your customer service experience?
Contacted the company about a cashiering job. Was put in touch with the right person after a reasonable amount of time. Things seemed to go as expected. Nothing tricky about it.
