I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stadler Rail in Jan 2024
Interview
The process was overall very poorly organized.
I got the first phone call from the HR just to comunicate the appointment with the tech lead.
The interview consisted in just 30 minutes.
The interviewer joined the call 5 minutes late, and since the time available was only half an hour for every question I was interrupted every time and didn't have the chance to finish a concept or articulate.
In the job post there was written the process consisted in 2 rounds but I was told that there were actually 4 rounds, "the process is long and will take time" (tech lead's words). I suppose, because I was applying from a foreign country, but in this case why not mention it in the job post?
Got rejected and overall was a bad experience,
Couldn't even prove my expertise in the technologies they required for the position but given the interviewer's attitude during the interview, no big deal.
