I wasn't really give an interview, it was more that the manager quickly looked over my resume and saw a few related things that stood out, asked me how much I'd like to be paid and told me that training would start later that week.

One of the managers has you sit outside and asks you questions about previous work experience, what you do outside of work, and your availability. Sometimes there will be one manager and other times there will be two managers.
