Highly unprofessional! I was really impressed until after the final round of interview spanning 2 days. After all this, the recruiter did not have the professionalism to respond and let me know the final decision. It is totally ok not to get an offer from a company that you interview with, but it is not ok to be unprofessional. This is where most startups fail.

Question 1
8 interviews over 2 days. Second day would be held only if day 1 was good. Good strategy, no professionalism.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Springboard in Sept 2020
Interview
R1 phone screen - Assigned a junior level PM with the job title of Sr.PM. The interviewer was internally promoted from SE role and has little to no exposure for interviewing. The interviewer seemed disconnected all through the process and had little insights about how Springboard stands out w.r.t its competitors. This was a post on MBA job board and clearly, the interviewer had no experience engaging with MBA folks. Also, the interviewer seemed surprised to know my expected salary when I aked lesser than an undergrad SE in the bay area.
Sincere advice, MBA candidates don't waste too much time on this company. Give it as little as your time and rather focus on other companies. My advice to Springboard mgmt, please have at least two people on the interview panel esp. when you're interviewer doesn't have relevant background as the interviewee and is very junior.
