Interview
The interview process took about three months. The process began with a 30 minute screening, then a 2 hour split behavioral/case interview, then two interviews with leadership team. All interviews were conducted remotely.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (describe your experience, interest in Spring Impact, strengths, weaknesses, etc.). Case questions were provided in advance and I was asked to prepare a presentation on how I would answer them. Case prompt based off of real past client engagement.

Interview
Matches the experience described by others for this position.
Applied July 2020.
The next week, did a 30 minute phone screen with a member of their team (not a external contractor, as in some reviews)
The following week did a 2 hour interview that was split into half case interview and half behavioral interview. Case interview prompt and relevant information were provided beforehand and I was asked to prepare a presentation on how to solve the client problem. Prompt was based on a past client project.
Last round would have been ~1 hour interview with executives but I did not make it to this round.
Throughout the entire process, the timeline was communicated very clearly. Team members were very nice, followed up where they said they would, and sent prompt invites and other information where required.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spring Impact in Nov 2018
Interview
I only went through a phone screening, which was a standard "get-to-know-me" conversation. Recruiter seemed unprepared. She didn't know much about the organization to answer relatively simple questions, i.e. what is the company structure like?
The part that threw me was that she was missing parts of my resume, which I had sent as an appended pdf with my cover letter. I had to resend it mid-interview. She was amicable otherwise, but never got back to me with answers to my questions, nor was I chosen to progress to an onsite. Conversation lasted 20-30 minutes.

Question 1
All questions were expected and not difficult:
Why does this organization interest you?
What experience do you have in consulting?
