I followed up twice requesting even brief, constructive feedback — and was completely ignored. It is unacceptable to require candidates to invest hours (or days) into unpaid technical work and then refuse to provide even minimal professional courtesy in return. If a company chooses to use extensive take-home assignments as part of its hiring process, accountability and transparency should not be optional. The complete lack of feedback and communication reflects poorly on the hiring culture and respect for candidates’ time.
