I applied online. I interviewed at Sporting Life in Dec 2025
Interview
Interviewed with Sporting Life in December 2025. I went through two initial interviews before a third round with the technical team. Unfortunately, the process felt disorganized. One interviewer didn’t seem prepared, and their manager, who was supposed to join the interview, arrived late, asked me to repeat information I had already shared, and then left early.
I completed the interview with the remaining team member, who was polite, but it was difficult to clearly understand some of the questions. After completing three interview rounds, I never heard back from either the team or HR. There was no follow-up or closure.
Overall, it felt like a waste of time, and the lack of communication reflects poorly on the hiring process. I wouldn’t consider applying again based on this experience.

Question 1
The final interview focused on technical aspects of digital campaigns. I was asked about the KPIs I monitor to evaluate campaign performance, how I diagnose underperforming metrics, and the actions I take to optimize or adjust a campaign when results are not meeting expectations. The discussion was centered on performance analysis, decision-making, and optimization strategy.
