over the phone call, and it was fast and easy; there were not a lot of extra questions other than the basics. So don't be nervous more than likely you will be hired :)

Question 1
What was my availability like, and previous work experience
It was quick, simple, and easy. The lady was nice and offered me the job on the spot. She asked me about previous retail experience, schedule, and gave me different scenarios.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spirit Halloween (Lakewood, WA)
Interview
They asked if I've worked there before, how much I wanted and when I could start. The interview was nothing special, it's just a cashier position, They even called me an hour after I submitted the application, I did apply before the store was open, though.
