The interview experience was very smooth. The questions were primarily focused on the technical skills I had listed in my resume, which made the discussion relevant and engaging. It was a single-round process, and the overall interaction was structured and positive. I felt it was a great opportunity to showcase my expertise, and the panel made the experience comfortable and insightful.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Spice Money
Interview
3 rounds. 2 were purely technical last one was with cto.
Same person taking first 2 rounds. They might not have that many good people. Extended interview process they want person to know all the things from angular to java, sql.
Last round was with cto, he took round from a cab, which company does soo. And then he rejects me also. I mean if you were soo serious Abt the round you should take it from a room atleast.
Overall i found them confused and too much worried for hiring the correct person.
Whole process took over 3 months. It is a startup with 5,6 yrs experience but in their site they mention it is 20 years old cmpny. Gos knows what is the truth.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Spice Money (Noida)
