Spectrum Sales Operations Manager interview questions

This was a little confusing. I applied to this job, what seemed like months ago. Had a recruiter call, shortly followed by a phone interview w 2 hiring managers, both were hiring for Sales Ops Mgrs for different teams. Call was fine but after I didnt hear back for months, nearly 4-5 months. Then I recieved a call from one of the managers on the call asking me to come I for a F2F chat. We did, lasted 30-40 minutes. We went through the standard questions of tell me about yourself, and how my experiences aligns with this role, how long was the longest project I managed, time-wise, am I a quick worker, can I multi-task, etc. She then went on to tell me about the day-to-day duties of the job and how her nick-name is "The Hammer" because she will nail anyone on her team on the cross if they miss a deadline but is cool with them if they get their work done.
