The interview was held at the Sheraton Hotel, not too far from the call center. You sign in, hand in your resume, and then sit down and wait to be called to the back. After that you wait in a room until your interview which consists of a panel of three.

The process begins with a Brief phone interview to introduce you to the position. Then you're invited to a 1st interview with one of the managers. A decision will be made to call back for a second interview. A second manager will conduct the final interview and either offer the job on the spot or call back.
