The interviews were good, had an hour long talk and good conversation. They verbatim told me that they wouldn’t ghost candidates, they “weren’t like that”. It’s been 3 weeks and I followed up and it’s been complete silence. Why???
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SpecialtyCare (Brentwood, TN) in May 2025
Interview
The process overall wasn't bad, but it was VERY long. There was at least 5 interviews, and there would have been at least one additional. The questions were fairly straightforward, and the interviewers made me relaxed throughout the process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SpecialtyCare (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
They ask you questions, you answer back. What else can you ask for. Interview was pointless, they need a worker you need a paycheck. Interview was on zoom, couldn’t see the director, they had there camera off for some reason.
