South interview questions

First was a phone call, then a zoom interview for the 2nd round. I enjoyed my interview, very upbeat and comfortable. I was able to show my personality as well as learn theirs.

First I was called and asked a few questions about what I wanted with my career goals. They’re looking for people who want growth opportunities. Then they had me do an interview exercise on the digital hire app where the ask prerecorded questions and then I answer them by filming myself. After that they scheduled a zoom meeting with me that HAD to be at 9:45 am and could not be rescheduled. When I got into the zoom call I realized this second “interview” included two other candidates at the same time interviewing. Next they had us speak individually with an interviewer and talk about our day and answer a few marketing questions and what we wanted out of a job. I asked them if it was door to door sales and I was disappointed to learn that it was—they tried hiding it behind the term direct marketing through residential territory. They really emphasize teamwork, training, and growth which is great, but I wanted to learn legitimate marketing practices, not just knocking on people’s doors.
