Got a call from a consultancy and once shortlisted had a telephonic, followed with 4 face to face Telephonic is more about java basics after which called for a face 2 face discussion f2f is more on the design concepts, data structures, algorithms, problem solving and about the previous projects Everyone in souq are technical including manages and even my director's round was a complete technical discussion. Interviewers were friendly and were giving clues and extracting correct answers from me :) I feel if someone having strong java basics and good problem solving and design concepts will find it easy.

I got a direct call from HR after applying for the job. First round was Telephonic Interview ,It had mix of tricky Java question with with moderate difficulty, interviewer was cool and helping.He told me that I cleared the round. Then after few days I got my face to face scheduled, HR is highly co-operative in term of scheduling interview on convenient days and timings. I asked for 8 am interview, which I got, It was taken by an interviewer of exactly same experience of mine, but he was from better organisation, questions were focussed on Java and data Structures and Database concepts. I cleared that too. Then HR came with Question papers having java question which was of moderate difficulty. I cleared both these rounds then It was a technical + manager round with the head of the India unit souq.com . It was somewhat drilling , but cooperative ......It was good ,the feedback given by him was also good. After waiting for few weeks I asked HR for result and feedback. Got a reply saying I am selected and are preparing offer letter. I waited for another 2 weeks ,then again I reminded them saying my notice period is about to end . Again got response saying offer letter preparation in progress. It has been 3.5 months ,haven't get the offer letter yet :D
