Quick, but unclear of expectations. Overall negative experience. Most salaries work in terms of sales percentage which puts the risk on the employee completely. Training will not be provided also.

Interview
1- Phone Interview: HR emailed me to setup a phone interview. I spend 30 minutes with on the phone with the CEO. He was mostly focused about my motives to join the company.
2- In Person Interview: I met in person with the CEO a week after
3- Offer I got an offer 3 days after the in person interview
