Basic behavioral based interview with need to demonstrate technical competency within stories. They called this a STAR format, same as Caterpillar. Need to answer with situation, task, action, and result.

Interview
I first had a Teams call with the manager, followed by a Teams interview with a panel of three people. It was a very unusual interview, as they simply read behavioral questions from a list for over an hour and expected answers in the STAR format. The experience was uncomfortable, with long pauses that made me think the connection had been lost. Overall, it was not an interactive interview at all.

All the interviews I have done with Solar are in STARS method so just be prepared with different examples. Never received any technical questions. Typical 3-4 people on the panel.
