Had a screening interview with a very nice HR member.
After that I was selected to a take home coding challenge. The challenge itself was not that hard, but they gave me 24hours to finish it, which is a very short time period when you are an adult trying to manage current work, family, and everything else. Turns out I failed to deliver 1 out of 3 tasks and did not pass the test,
First interview lasted about 15 minutes, to later receive a Case Study that landed in spam, found it 2 days later with the promise it would take 1 hour, which took days, sent it, did not hear back for over 4 weeks to later be notify a rejection automatically. If they are sending candidates a case study, they should have give feedback as well.
Really good experience, professional, friendly. No excessive corporate-like steps. Hr talk was straight to the point. The task was well designed mimicking the actual job tasks. Further steps were already with management which felt like the interview is progressing and you got a chance to actually get to know the company.
