Socitm Advisory interview questions

First interview with a Senior Consultant and second with Head of Marketing. The first interview was great, very unformal but the second too formal and the interviewer did not ask any follow-up questions. She did not seem very interested or even knowledgeable most of the time. It took them over two weeks to give me feedback, when I was told I would hear back by the end of the week.
