4 step interview process. Speak to a recruiter, a manager, Director and than an RVP. The most challenging conversation is with the Manager and the easiest is the last conversation with the RVP. the conversation with the RVP is more of a formality to see if you they like you as a person more than evaluate your technical skills.

Thorough process. Met 5 business leaders, a recruiter and a presentation as well as a meeting to finalize the process. Data driven and detailed questions which is not surprising. Incredibly accommodating during the presentation phase with a deck provided for you to minimalise.
