During the interview there is a presentation and a couple questions before that. It takes about an hour for the presentation to be completed. Also, there is a career assessment that they ask you to fill out.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Snider Insurance Group (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2019
Interview
I went through 2 of the 3 interview steps. The first was a get to know you type of deal, and the second was a presentation letting you know that it is a commission based position and you would need a license to sell insurance.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Snider Insurance Group (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2019
Interview
I had a bad experience. Its a very small firm and does not have a department to something. They descriminate and do not even have the courtesy to confirm or tell the real reason (which is discrimination). Firstly, there was no formal email or point of contact . They just found my resume online and texted me to come to x place at x time. I decided to go anyways because I wanted to know more. Turns out they hadnt even read through my resume which mentioned experience in India. The moment the interviewer knew about my nationality she just politely got me out of there. the interview or whatever it was , was done in 5 minutes!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
nothing much was asked. the interviewer looked at my resume and got to know i am an indian. She just shoved me out of the door. She was good to my face but there were clear signs that I was not welcome. I especially mentioned that I have a valid work authorization but I was not even given a chance to give a proper interview. My nationality was a factor to not give me job it seems.
