The interview process is very simple at this location. The manager on site will ask you for your work experience and is perfectly fine if you have none. They are looking for charismatic people who are available for mainly closing shifts

Very informal, mostly just asking about availability. Went in and met with assistant manager for about 30 minutes before being shown around the restaurant. Process was quite easy and the managers and employees were all very nice.
