I was first interviewed by a recruiter from an agency contracted by SD. This was conducted via Zoom. The interviewer was polite and easy to talk to. The second interview was with the team of moderators. Primarily, they wanted to understand my level of experience and technical understanding of moderation tools and the SD platform.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. What types of moderation work have you done?
easy and straightforward. standard behavioral questions and scenarios. Just use the STAR method and you will be okay. It was 1 interview with the supervisor and then a waiting period before the decision but results may vary
Interview process was with Hiring manager , and then a case study round with HM & another VP. I don't believe they hired anyone for this role and just took the case study to fix their internal. Case study should only be asked to give to employer if you are really giving an offer otherwise you feel cheated by the company. After receiving the case study , they sent out a rejection email. I heard cases in Bay area where small to mid scale companies are doing this alot by asking candidates to produce material /code and then using it internally and rejecting the candidates.
