I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
The Slalom recruiting team really made the interview process a breeze. Although the screening was intensive, you always felt prepared for the next step. All of my interviewers were very friendly. What stood out most was everyone's humility. You could tell that they felt they were part of something bigger and genuinely wanted to make the team and culture of the company stronger with every new hire.

4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.
