I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had a phone screen with a member of the talent acquisition team, then I was brought in for two in-person interviews (back to back, same day). Everything went very quickly, and every person that I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. I am generally very nervous in interviews, but the people interviewing me made it easy to relax and just enjoy the process!

Question 1
I was asked to describe both positive and negative experiences from past projects.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We work hard to ensure our candidate experience maps to the experience you'll have as a member of the team, so it's great to hear that the folks you met were laid back in their approach to interviewing. Welcome to Slalom!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
