Sent in the CV and cover letter, they got back to me in around a week with a link for an automated video interview through HireVue. Interview had 10 questions, five written answers and 5 video answers that you have a short time to answer. Basic questions around why you want to work there, what are you achievements, strengths blahblah. No technical questions around the company or the job. One was to sell a recent destination you've visited. The interview is quite impersonal and you don't have enough time to say anything of importance really as they've often cut even the three minutes average for responses you get from HireVue. You can use your phone, tablet or computer with a webcam and go either through the app or direct link. Honestly I was expecting a bit more involvement from a company like Siteminder.
