I attended telephonic interview and it was easy. They asked me to come for face to face interview but i did not attend. Package offerings are good and incentives are also good. For Inside sales job 25% of CTC would be variable.

There were 2 rounds of interviews . One with team leader and next with the manager. They were checking confidence and communication skills. They created a situation of your job role as in selling their product and was supposed sell to the interviewer
