No interview , but again a brief rejection e-mail,even me matching 95% of the job description and requirements. The only mismatching thing (out from 25 things) was some specific technical background that employers deemed as PREFERRED but not MANDATORY skill.

Nothing as they rejected me before even knowing why they reject a person matching 95% of the job description and not giving the smallest chance of an interview and see if the gap is solvable of not, even though they deem it PREFERRED and not mandatory. Did they already find a person matching 100.00%?
