First the recruiter interview, then came the personality assessment test. I met with over 5 people for the position. At the end I got a REJECTION phone call from the recruiter letting me know they chose someone who can be closer to the office to come in. So much for a remote role. Wasted time when they were already leaning towards having someone be closer to their Santa Monica office. A rejection email would have sufficed. Felt like the whole process was to just scope out potential talent but they already had their mind made up.
