First interview with Recruiter, told me a bit about the role and then I got 3 questions: tell me about yourself ? Why do you want to work here ? And what is your salary expectation. That’s it, I was quite surprised as it was really basic and expected more questions around my experience. A few days later, I got rejected with a basic we found someone with closer experience to our requirements. Don’t waist people’s time, it’s so unprofessional to conduct such basic interview.
