Sibila & Co. interview questions

One telephone interview and one office interview. Expect to be talking a lot, many open ended questions. Personality test. The personality test was unexpected especially for a paralegal position. They will tell you about the company policies and ask you if you have any questions, I got the feeling that asking questions was a plus for them. The description of the workload was a little intimidating but as long as you are willing and think outside the box it is doable!
