Shockoe interview questions

Positive initial conversation with a Shockoe that indicated the next steps would be a conversation with the CEO, however, a few days later got a very generic email saying they decided to pursue other candidates. While I understand that this happens for various reasons, this was not expected based on the last conversation. I reached out for more feedback but they never replied. This is a leading indicator of a poor people culture. Don't treat people this way.
