The interview process was completed in 3 steps. First, had a telephonic conversation with HR, followed with 2 rounds of video call interview with the team I will be joining. Overall experience was great, The interviewers made the whole interview process so smooth and comfortable. Most of the questions were based on my experience in the last organization and my resume.

My interview experience with ShipBob was genuinely positive. I went through four rounds of interviews — the first one with HR, followed by three rounds with senior managers. During one of the rounds, even though I wasn't selected at that stage, they still took the time to show me how the work is done — which really reflects their supportive and respectful approach.
