It was an worst experience. It was such a unfortunate thing that they have a very pathetic unprofessional way to think or do things. I totally agree this. I can't just elaborately tell her what's happened.

1)Telephonic Interview with HR post submitting CV via email;
2)Face to face Round with Line Manager
Short test on solving customer problems, mostly multiple choice with only a few based on descriptive answers.
