Several follow-ups were ignored How do you tell someone that you would like to interview them and then completely ghost them? Very unprofessional.

Initial phone interview with HR. Then, met with the two leaders of the company in the final wave of interviewing. Both were very transparent and honest. They both displayed a growth mind-set and seemed to be looking for someone that could help move the business forward with them. The interview itself was very inspiring.
