I got an email that my resume had been chosen for an interview and I promptly scheduled the teams interview for a day I was available. It lasted about ten minutes and was merely going over my resume to look into my experiences.

Applied on craigslist and then received a call and was asked to come in for an interview. Very casual interview. Met with upper management before they offered me a position the second day.
