I was contacted by a recruiter, I had a phone screening. I was asked to fill out an app that they sent via text. I then received a message that the president wanted to meet with me. I had an amazing conversation and he was one of the most down to earth people I have ever interacted with in an interview. He assured me at the end that I would hear back in 48 hours. The next morning I sent a follow up email thanking them and him and letting them know that interaction alone made me so excited and wanting to work for them. I received a message back that it was sent to higher out and that they would reach back out. Its been over a week and I never heard anything. I'm pretty disappointed because I was very excited and they all seemed like wonderful people. Not sure what happened, I never even received any feedback.

Took about 5 minutes. Was asked to take a managerial position over hourly one. It went smoothly and without any issues. Entire process took no time at all. I was hired the next day.
